BUSINESS matters

For rights inquiries, permissions, blurb requests, work for hire, or other business, please write to my agent, Eric Smith, at eric [at] psliterary [dot] com.

Regarding blurbs, I’m happy to consider novels with queer characters in any genre but horror (I’m a wuss). Please note that I am unable to read in print for scheduling and neurodiversity reasons, though, so I can take on a limited number of manuscripts in MS Word format only for use with a screen reader. I am delighted to blurb graphic novels or audiobooks in any format. Thank you for understanding!

Foreign Rights Agent for The Disasters and Spellhacker: Heather Baror-Shapiro, Baror International, Inc.
Foreign Rights Agent for all other non-IP titles: Taryn Fagerness, Taryn Fagerness Agency.
Film/Television Rights Agent: Sean Berard, Grandview

TALK to me

★ To contact me about events, signings, school visits, and other appearances: Please see my Visits & Talks page for a general idea, then feel free to email me at mkengland.com [at] gmail [dot] com to talk it out! That email address is not a typo—please don’t forget the “.com” in there! Prices are very negotiable for schools and libraries with tight budgets.

★ To email me with fan mail (thank you!), please use mkenglandbooks [at] gmail [dot] com.

★ I am rarely on social media these days, but I flail around a bit on tumblr, and I have important-updates-only accounts on Twitter and Instagram.

★ Mkengland [at] gmail [dot] com is NOT ME. I don’t know who this person is, but I feel bad about the amount of my emails they get.

Please note, I am unable to read your writing, provide feedback, or do personal interviews for school projects due to my own writing workload. I do my very best to reply to everyone in a timely manner, but I’m juggling a lot of deadlines and preschooler, so I appreciate your patience! Thanks for reaching out. 🙂
